Bookings

Directly on our website. Top right you’ll find the booking button: choose your dates and complete your reservation in a few steps, with no intermediaries.

The minimum stay is two nights. For special requests just write to us: we’re always happy to consider exceptions.

We accept any credit card, through certified partners such as Stripe and PayPal, in complete security.

It depends on the rate you chose. With a flexible rate you can amend or cancel according to the cancellation terms. With a non-refundable rate, dates cannot be changed.

Cancellation

With a flexible rate, cancellation is completely free up to five days before check-in. After that it is no longer possible to cancel. Non-refundable rates, on the other hand, are not refundable under any circumstances.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am.

Yes. These are add-on services you can request easily when booking. The cost depends on the residence you choose.

Every residence has an independent access system, designed to give you maximum privacy and flexibility. After completing the self check-in on our portal (registering your details, uploading documents, payment and city tax), you receive a simple link. No app to download: a web page you open from any device that unlocks your apartment’s doors with a single tap. In some residences access is by code. Either way, it’s all instant.

Yes. On departure day check-out is by 10:00 am; if you need more time you can add a late check-out and stay in the apartment until 12:00 pm. To leave your luggage beyond that, a luggage storage service is available from 12:30 pm onwards. For any particular need just write to us: we’ll take care of it.

During your stay

Yes. You’ll find the apartment fully cleaned and sanitised by our team. For longer stays you can request a mid-stay cleaning.

Yes. In every apartment you’ll find a house guide explaining how to use everything: the coffee machine, washing machine, air conditioning and every comfort. And as a guest of our collection you also receive a personalised guide, curated by us, with the city’s best addresses: restaurants, cafés and hidden gems, personally selected, tested and verified. Only the best.

No, smoking is not permitted in our residences.

Services

Yes. Every residence comes with 100% premium cotton linen and towels of the highest quality. In the bathroom you’ll find a curated selection of products from brands such as Grown Alchemist and Malin+Goetz, chosen to suit the residence.

Payments & Taxes

No, the city tax is not included. It is calculated and paid during the self check-in, together with document registration.

Yes, an invoice is available on request.
